Fake Credit Card numbers?

okayyyyyy, so on Wildgames.com, in order to play a game you need wildcoins. And if you go onto freewildcoins.com you can complete offers and recieve wildcoins so you can play more games. But, for alot of the offers on that website you need a credit card number, even though your not puchasing anything. So, i want a FAKE credit card number that will still be "valid". I dont want the credit card number to be linked to any person or anything because i dont want to get in trouble. Is doing this illegal? I read this on a website: "I normally use the numbers that are provided by the CC gateway, or my favorites are: Visa: 4 followed all 1's Amex: 37 repeated" what does he/she mean by "4 followed all 1's"? What security codes would work for these? thankkkkkyou so much
