Where can i find a pre-paid credit card in Canada?
Can I apply online, at the bank, at a store? How long does it take to get one? I use T.D Canada Trust banking

Shoppers Drug Mart carries the Vanilla Master Cards. They come in $25, $50 and $100 cards. Can't remember the exact fee but I think it's $3.00 when you buy one. You can also check your balance online.
