My first home purchase is in escrow but I am very nervous!!?
I am a middle school employee and have some time off from work for the summer without pay, will that affect my home's closing which is set for July 27, 2009? I do work for the summer at my school but I am making less right now than I make during our regular school year. My job is there on Sep 1 again (so I am employed) for the next school year and my past W2s reflects my gross yearly earnings that prequalified me for the home loan, even with 2 months off in the summer. Any thoughts would be highly appreciated as I am loosing sleep regarding this situation.

do not create problems that do not exist. it is as simple as that. get back to me if you desire. you did not state if you had a real estate agent representing you. if not, do so and never allow DUAL agency.
