Retail space for rent?

What does it mean when the price is $42/sq plus $15 CAM? Is this usually per month? Or annual? The space is 2600 sq and it is hard to imagine over 100k in rent.

$42/month can be exorbitant or a steal, depending on the market. (You couldn't get it for that much per square inch in midtown NYC). The $15 maintenance is per month. It all depends on the market - check for other rents in a similar building in the immediate area. (If there are no vacancies, rents go up.)

that would be annual. But $42.00 sq. ft. sounds awfully expensive. And i believe cam is for maintaince.
