Small Business - Loan question?

I have been in association with another person the owner of a barbershop business (not the real estate property but the business). Now, my partner want to sell his part and of course I want to buy it. However, I don't have an idea on what type of loan I should get for that. I need 25000. Can you give me a suggestion? Everyone tells me that in these times, I won't be able to get a loan. The business has been established for more than 40 years. Thanks for all your help.
