Does anyone know what cities in the US do not require solicitors to have a permit?
I'm trying to research cities for my employees to go, and I was wondering if anyone knows of any cities in the US that do not require permits for them to go door to door. It just makes it easier on everyone so that we don't have illegal sales.

uh...there are something like 35,000 cities in the US. No one will know if there are ANY. Try starting small. Try state laws on door to door sales.
