As far as the score counts, you can only leave one. You can however leave a second follow-up comment to the feedback you've already left. Go to the eBay Sitemap and on the right side under Feedback, you'll see "Follow Up to Feedback Left."

click on leave feedback, that will bring up the one transaction, click on all (right next to "show items") & that will bring up all transactions awaiting feedback. I just copy & paste the same comment on all that are required. Edit - just reread your question. You can leave only leave one feedback for one transaction. Is that what you mean?

You don't. You only get one shot at leaving feedback, so write it out in Notepad or something, to make sure that it's exactly what you want to say. Then paste it into the feedback form.
