Use a Debit card to buy online?
Hi i own a debit card and wanted to subscribe to Wired magazine online. I was wondering whether I could use a debit card for the transaction. Or will I be billed as if it were a credit card

If you use your debit card the charge will come out right away. You will not be billed

Yeah, I use my debit card all the time for subscriptions. But i make sure it's via PayPal so i can get my money back if necessary.

If it's a Visa debit card, use it just like a credit card.

If your debit card have money in it the money would be deducted from your debit card account account. its like a credit card but instead of borrowing money your are paying it

I recommend you use paypal, whether you want to use your debit card or not, because at least you'll get your money back if the site turns out to be a scam

You can use it but it's better to use a credit card that is not a debit card. If there is a problem with the transaction, A credit card will help you with fraud or problem. A debit card will not.

you can use a visa/master card debit card. But you will not be able to use an eftpos card
