Who have a clonned VISA credit card and Bank or VISA do not want to help you?

Question

I was in Afganistan in contract with the NATO, when I checked my banking online, and I saw all the money withdrawn from my credit card, done in Banking machine in Ukraine a country i never been and another VISA was stolen in the same way in Pakistan another country I never been either, as soon I discovered it, I call fraud dept. they took the case and after investigation according to them, I have to pay the Credit Card, My credit card still with me, never give to nobody and either my PIN number, did anyone can tell what should I do?

Check your credit card agreement (contract). It may state that you are only liable for $50 of the fraudulent charges. The credit card company should chargeback the fraudulent charges. It doesn't look good that it was used at an ATM and they had your pin. If you didn't give out your pin then it was probably an atm you used previously was comprimised and recorded your card information and pin. If your card has a chip on it then you may have other options with your bank.
