I am 3 months behind on my house payment,need help fionding FREE government or any type of grant, I am unemplo?
I am unemployed right now and do not want to lose my home I have worked hard to get my own home my whole life, and now because of the economy, I will probably lose it. www.make home affordable is a farce!!!! You have to show that you can already pay for everything to get any help from them. I NEED to find Some help now to get caught up on my bills, before I lose everything. Also, I am not that good on the computer so if there is something where I don't have to fill out Long questionaires and information would be helpful. Also, I don't want links to sites that charge, they don't help, they only want my money, which I don't have!!!! SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!

Dont listen to all these people they have no clue on what they are talking about first call your mortgage company,, Ask them for a loan modification .. or the HAM tool that the president just announced ... they will help you out ,,, i was 3 months behind because of job loss and they helped me out ,, i am sure they would help u as well,,, they have too they even lowered my payments from 850.00 nto 600.00 just call ur mortgage company cause Under the new housing bill they got the funds to help you hope this helps keep me informed

1) No such government aide exists 2) Only your mortgage company may offer any type of hardship program...call them up and ask about maybe deferring payments 3) There are many predators out there who love to take advantage of people in your situational....pretending to be your "savior" as long as you send them $500 up front for their assistance....Any organization that requires any large up front fee to help you or give you a loan is a scam... 4) If your situtation does not change for the better, then you should do whatever you can do to prevent your house from being foreclosed...rent it out.....sell it....Once you get a foreclosure on your record it can be really hard to become a homeowner again.
