Google maps? Might sound odd but recently by adding google maps onto my clients sites e.g. restaurants & bars in the main, whilst the search term for the restaurant may not show up on the first few pages the link to the map commonly shows up at position 2-3 on the first page. Thus within around two weeks people clicking through on the map link has actually brought most of my clients sites to the first page on google within 2-3 weeks. Which is impressive if albeit by coming across it in error! Not for everyone but for my clients it works - type in "Morgans wine bar" in Google to see what I mean, you will see a Google map linking to Morgans Wine Bar, Cowes, Isle of wight @ position No.4, and www ... @ No.5 - I got these positions within 2 weeks of setting the site up, not bad out of 775,000
