Where can I find low income apartments that are cheap?
It would be in Green Bay Wisconsin and I only make $124/wk so I need to be able to pay rent and get house supplies as well.

You are going to have to rent a room in the ghetto. You do not earn enough for an apartment. Think about getting a real job.
