can a single mother with child be evicted in the winter in wisconsin for past due rent?
Question
Does this mean one half of it is for sale, or is the whole house for sale?
Okay this is probably a stupid question... but on this property, are both parts for sale, or just one?? realty100 ...

It is a condo with 1 garage - just one side is for sale. There are also HOA dues to pay monthly in addition to your mortgage payments. Keep that in mind before buying a condo.

You would be buying just one unit. There are a few words that tell you what's for sale...condo, townhouse and the zoning is PUD which stands for planned urban development. Although it's possible that both units are for sale, you would buy them individually. If the whole thing was for sale they'd call it a 2 family home or flat or maybe a duplex. The terms used for this type of dwelling are kind of colloquial.

Just the one unit (one side, one half of the building)

Half of it is for sale. That structure is what is commonly called a 'twindo', which is a lot like a conventional duplex, save that each side of the property has separate ownership.
