If I wanted to put my property on ebay. What would it cost?
We have 4 acres in Richmond Illinois and I'm wondering if it would be a good idea to try and sell it on ebay. It's currently a flea market / farmer's market. We got all the permits for it, but found out that I have to have surgery this year and we just don't have the money to pay for it for another year without getting an income from it. I was wondering what the cost would be of putting it on ebay say with a reserve of either 50k or 100k or 150k. I'm confused by reading their site. Also, how does it work when someone wins? We currently have it with an agent, so they'll want their cut. Thanks for any advice and information. It is buildable and we have soil sample, survey etc.

The basic fee, for a short term auction is 100, 150 for long term plus 1% of your reserve, up to a $50 charge. No charge for a winner. There are additional fees for any bells or whistles and a small fee for adding pictures.
