How much is the average price range of houses in US?
I am wondering the price range of houses in the US. In Philippines prices is within P400,000 or $8500.

Median price in US is around $150,000 I believe. In places like NY or California, its easily 3 times that amount.

Are you talking about $8500.00 to buy or to rent. In most of US $8500 per month rent will get you a wonderful place except maybe in Manhaten. On the other hand if you are looking to buy that amount will get you nothig almost anywhere in the US
