Are the prices really right? Where is this house located? I can't imagine that a house costing $718,750 would have property taxes of only $4500. Does that seem in line with other homes in the area? In my area, my $200,000 home (which seems comparable in terms of size & amenities) has a tax bill of about that amount. Personally, if I were spending $718K on a house, it had better be a lot nicer than a 1250 square foot 1950s ranch.
