how to write a business plan to for a big business?

i am just wondering if there are any good books that can teach me how to make a business plan. I don't intend to make a small business, i intend to make a large one that is my goal. My business is going to be making video games and i am not sure what book to get to help me make a business plan so i can make a big business. I ask this because I see a lot of book on how to write a business plan for a small business but not a book on how to make a business plan for someone that wants to make there business big. Can someone help me by offering a book, or redirect me to talk to someone like a professional that might be in my local city?
