It's been 6 months since I'm fighting to launch it .. My business is about to fail ..what should I do ?
It's six months that I'm fighting to get customers .... I'm running a guesthouse .... I have 2 customers now who are satisfied ..but the minimum acceptable is 4 customers to make it run at its normal phase ... but, 4 other months and I can't find the other 2 customers ...people are calling and fooling me and they don't come ... and if I don't find my 2 other customers by the end of this week ...my business will fail ... I'm really desperate .... I prayed like crazy ...but still nothing nothing ... I don't know what to do ? I made so much sacrifice to get to there ...because I believed in the idea and the business ..but, still nothing nothing nothing ... !! Banks can't help me w / loans because It's too early .. !! help ..!! please, help ..!! what should I do ? Advise me ..!!

You really really need to go to your phone book and look in the white pages or yellow pages for the SBA in your area (Small Business Association). There may even be a SCORE office in your area. BOTH will advise you for free, you phone and arrange a meeting to consult with them. They are there to help small businesses and advise on how to do things--all the people who work in them are business owners or former business owners. Take advantage of what your city offers you--they're local and they know what they're talking about.

Hi Bobby, Refer to your business plan. Do you have one? Are you following it? What is your advertising budget? How are you trying to get customers? Are you working with realtors to fill the spots?
