On the Real Estate websites, are those prices REALLY what they are?

When I go on Windermere, John L Scott or Yahoo Real Estate, the prices of the homes in Arizona and Las Vegas go as low as $100K or less. And, they look new and beautiful. Can somebody tell me what's going on here? Are those prices really true? Thanks. :)
