Which is the best state to form an S-Corp in?
My partner is currently living in New York, and I am currently living in Michigan. Which state is best to file an S-corp in? I'm looking for the best possible tax rate. I hear a lot of people file in Delaware and Nevada. Where do you recommend we file? Thanks for you help.
