Is Lorenzo Gomez Group PLC in United Kingdom does existing?

Because last week, I've recieved an interview questionnaire coming from Mark Donald Human Resource Manager.They told me that they found my Cv in Naukri which is true because i have my account there.After i answered the questions, they replied to me 1 week after with attached Certficate of Employment from LGG and Appointment letter consisting the position and salary, joining date and contract duration and some policies like i need to contact one of the immigration attorney on how to acquire an entry clearance to UK. Please help me to know if this is true or not. If this is scam.
