Do you have to take a class to get a Real Estate License?

Or do you just have to study & take the Exam?

There are online classes but, you will be happier if you take the sit in the seat classes. There is a lot that you pickup from having an instructor for this kind of class. I am an online student for most others and your continuing education classes are all ok online. Good luck be tough until the market opens!
