EMERGENCY! Pay as you go phone/credit card help?
so my phone has been hijacked or something cant use it and someone has taken $200 out of our account ( credit card account that is ) i saved the card info on my phone so i could put money on it whenever without having the card so what should i do there is no # to call they all say enter your cell # so they can access your account but i don't have an account so should i cancel that card and what do i do about the phone itself

I'd file a police report. You may need it to prove the theft. Cancel the card nw. Someone has the number and is taking money from it.....so yes, cancel the card. I'm not familiar with the pay as you go phones? Was it stolen? If you need to - go a google search and get a phone number to contact the manufacturer of the phone.
