Help finding a mature women entrepreneur to conduct an interview with!?

Hi, I am a student taking a class called Women as Entrepreneurs, and I am having a hard time finding someone to interview for an assignment. I need to find a woman entrepreneur who either started a business at 50 years old or who's business success came after the age of 50. Also, it would help if her business was a small retail business or perhaps a Bed and Breakfast, as those are the fields that I am interested in getting into in the future, but it's not necessary. I can conduct this interview over the phone, in person, or over the computer, through IM or email. Please, if you know of someone who could help me, I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks!
