need traffic to new classified website.?

I am almost finished building my online classified website. I will graduate from college this year and am starting my online classified business. It will be www.flemzy.com (not finished yet). My question is: With a new site what marketing techniques (for a low budget) do I use to draw people to my site and post ads. There are 20,000 people in the valley I live in and 10,000 in the town I live in. My competition will be another classifieds site that already has established themselves with 2.500 members of the valley, not to mention two local newspapers. Here is what I have so far. 1. Direct marketing: Place ads and flyers around town with incentive (cash). For example: Place an ad to in for sale category and be entered in a chance to win $500. 2. Buy $70 vehicle business logo magnet. 3. Talk to local radio stations and place ad on air. (That might be expensive.) If yo do not mind, I need more ideas.Thank you for all your help.
