DHL Canada dont Care about deliverly on TIME!?

Document sent on 15June2009 (singapore time) reach Canada on 17June 08:35 hours at Toronto DHL facility we call up they say will deliver by 6pm 17June but the document never come to me. Now 18June i call up the customer service 08:30hours, all they can do is tell us to wait.

That's why in some countries DHL is known to stand for Delivered Half Lost. All kidding aside, sorry to hear about what happen, but all you can do right now is just call to see what can be done and just wait. Good luck.
