Do I need like a permit of license to have like a "mini garage sale inside my house"?
Okay this is kind of wierd. I want to sell some stuff, but its always rainy nowadays and my parents are always busy so they can't help me with a real garage sale. In my basement, I gathered a some stuff I don't want and need and I want to sell them when we have family parties. Let's say like my aunts uncles and cousins come over , i would set my stuff up, and they can buy stuff. It's insde my house, just for my family. Can I do that? I'm 12. And do I need a permit? Thanks, and its only like if there is holidays or birthdays at my house. not just a part y to buy stuff.! lol

You don't need a permit if you're selling things just to family. Have you discussed this idea with your parents? They may not want to invite their family over for a party, only to have them find out that they're expected to buy things once they get there!
