You have a $1600 credit limit on your Paypal Credit Card. Off that $1600, you have $1000 available for cash advance or purchased immediately. They have added a section on your paypal account under your available funds section and it says "paypal buyer credit". You can use the money to make immediate purchases or withdraw the funds if needed before your physical credit card arrives in the mail.
