How much would a commercial property cost to rent in a town arcade/mall?
It only needs to be a very rough estimate for a business studies project. (i know it would vairy a lot based on location) But basically, how much would a standard "shop" in an arcade/mall cost in a town center? on average? (Cheltenham) thankyou :)

Right, well properties in a shopping centre will always be more expensive than if you were to have a shop on the street. Judging from a property on a website I found showing retail properties in Cheltenham, it seems that it would be about £20k per year
