Do I qualify for unemployment?
I've been working for a temp agency for the past 8 months and our current job ended and they have nothing else for me that fits my schedule. Before that I got fired from my previous job because of attendance. I had 6 month old twin babies at the time and when they were sick (which was quite often) I was the one who had to leave work. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!

You need to ask the unemployment office. If you are fired for cause then you do not usually qualify for unemployment. Not only that but with it you must be available for work but it sounds like you turned work down. If you get into a situation like that at work again there are family leave laws that will protect you and your job.
