Yes, some of the sellers in e-bay do. Amazon delivers books, but I don't think they deliver other heavier parcels to SL. I'm Sri Lankan too, and I bought an LCD screen and a replacement battery for my laptop from e-bay. I bought a book from Amazon. They were delivered to my house, to the address I gave them. Before you order a product on e-bay, check whether the seller delivers to Sri Lanka. It's usually indicated on their page. For good measure, e-mailing them and asking won't hurt. If you get no reply, don't buy from that seller because they are probably not interested in the sale, or don't deliver here. That's what I did. If you have any questions, email or PM the seller. Do your research before buying, like knowing for sure that you're ordering the exact model that you want. I used a paypal account to pay. Although I don't have personal experience about this, it seems that you can reclaim the payment if you pay through paypal, if the product is damaged or something like that happens. There are links and instructions to getting a paypal account in e-bay. Don't forget to check the estimated time of delivery and the shipping cost. From what I know, USPS is the standard mail service used when shipping from US. The item will come through the Sri Lankan customs and will be transferred to the Sri Lankan Postal Service from there on. I was nervous until I got the items because some people had very nasty things to say about USPS and Sri Lanka Postal Service, but my items came through safely, despite having the telltale signs of being examined by customs. But I remind you, I bought only two items. Other people might have had bad experiences with the delivery. I saved one hell of a lot of money by getting the items directly from e-bay. Even with a 40-50$ shipping cost per each item.

Well they may. It depends on who is selling, usually they will, but the shipping price will be expensive.
