Where do I find people that need websites designed/built?

My friend is a web designer. He made a deal that if I find clients for him, I get paid (with little job opportunities this is a big deal). He is the creator of dashofdanger design, created the vinyl toy Droplets- sold at Urban Outfitters, and also helped open FiftyFifty- a skate and apparel shop in Bristol UK. So, I need to know where I could find possible clients to recommend him to.
