you will need insurance, a business license in every city you earn a dollar in and a wide variety of knowledge in chemicals, soaps, solvents and "your" (much needed) industrial additives. You have to do your own homework and find all the makers (brands) of specializing products used in your new industry. Who has what? What their minimums are for ordering from them (and if their minimums are too high for you) who they sell to so that you can buy from a distributor at less quantity. You have your work cut out but let me say this, you seem to have backed in to a real find with this, I would go and become a subcontractor for cities, townships, counties and even (especially) School Districts, Industries, malls, retailers and churches. With you on retainer they call you go clean it up. No waisted overhead with an employee on break all month. you will get paid piecework (commission) based on completion. I wish you the best of luck.
