I Just took the Real Estate Lic. class in Fla. very Hard. a 63 hr. class w/ a test of 100 questions....after you pass that you have to pass the state exam...very hard too... math questions....BUT YOU CAN DO IT, go to the book store where you live look at the study guide and learn it...you have to be 18 in most states, check that. start studying now, the housing mkt. should come back by the time you are ready to sit for the test...good luck.

It's very hard and depressing as hell, that's why I quit, just before I even signed up & almost had a hart attack, cuz everyone hates ur sell out scamer a55.

well my dad just took classes to have a license and his girlfriend is a real estate agent.she takes pics of house gets estimates on the damage of any house so she can get it ready to sell. she says it a little draining but worth it. You can make good money out of it.
