The Numbers in Your Business Plan

I'm in the process of writing a business plan for a boutique and I have some questions?
For the most part I know what needs to go into the business plan but I get stuck with the numbers game...I know you have to budget in start up cost but how do I know how much utilities are going to cost... Also just in general I really don't know what numbers I need to incorporate into the plan...any suggestions One of my biggest problems too is how do I know how much to calculate out for payroll for myself and employees...any suggestions And lastly how do you keep your store from becoming your personal closet but still manage to dress the part of what your selling? Boutique and Shop Owners please HELP! But all answers and suggestions are welcomed!

Utility bills are the least of your concern. What is your rent going to be? How much operating capital will you require? How much is your initial inventory going to cost? What are your start up cost ie before you open the door? ie training of people, racks, cash register, shelves etc What do you think your average ticket will be ie how much will the average customer spend? What are your sales estimates? What is your markup going to be? What is your marketing plan and budget? What is your rent going to cost? What type of lease are you going to sign - most also get a percent of sales? What do you think your schedules will look like? Where are you hiring your staff from? What type of security will you have to prevent shop lifting and other theft? What type of insurances do you have in the event customer is hurt or store burns down? How many vendors will you use and what will be your payment terms? What is your contingency plan if your sales fall below your break even? What will be your break even sales number? Just some things off the top of my head you need to be thinking of
