What's the best website for freelance writers?

I'm a freelance writer and I'd like some advice on where to work and whether any of these freelance websites such as Guru or Elance are worth signing up to.

I prefer to hire people to work for me through getafreelancer. I have added the link belowl They have a separate section for Europe that gives one more opportunities. As for which is best, who knows. I have had good luck with people on getafreelancer. I am sure others have had good luck on others. Sign up for more than one. You can bid more jobs.
