Incorporating non for profit org at Delaware / Nevada , USA?
Hello All , We are an Egyptian non for profit NGO , our mission is to improve level of education to Egyptian post secondary students by getting them scholarship and doing agreements for affordable tuition with American and European state & technical colleges , we also schedule visits for USA and European teachers to transfer for Egyptian teachers how to improve education process , we also bring master degrees to be taught at Egyptian universities with very affordable fees , in that we take symbolic fee ( Euro 250 per admitted student ) to cover our premises cost ( Rent-Labor-Bills-Advertising) and travel costs to make agreements with the educational institutions we travel alot to USA but under B1/B2 visa we recently thought to incorporate at Delaware or Nevada to save costs and effort but i have 2 questions : 1-We allocated USD 10,000 only as beginning capital to start , will the authorities accept to incorporate us with this small amount ?? 2-Will the state authorities enable us as B1/B2 holders to have long residence permit to operate the business Thanks a lot

In order to incorporate you do not need any money amount. You simply need to have the funds to do the incorporation yourself or hire someone to do the incorporation for you. This $10,000 would become part of your business start-up and indicated in your business plan. Your status in the United States have nothing to do with your being able to form a non-profit corporation in the United States. You must comply with immigration laws and be here legally to preform work here. I hope this has been of some use to you, good luck. "FIGHT ON"
