Yes, of course. The person who sends you the bank draft will send it from *their* bank. If you want to cash it, you'll bring it to your bank and deposit it. Your bank will hold it (probably for several days) to make sure it clears before you can use the money. Is this bank draft coming to you from someone you know? There's a lot of scammers out there who cheat people by sending them foreign checks or bank drafts that are no good, and then trick the people into sending them back some of their own money from their own account. That's not what you're going to do, is it?
