Service offering 3 bureau credit report, 3 combined fico score, and credit monitoring?

I have found advertising on this subject to be very vague and often misleading. What I am looking for is any services which offer all of the following (prefferable for one single monthly payment) 1) credit report monitoring and alerts for all 3 bureau's reports 2) availability to view all 3 reports at any time 3) true credit/fico scores for each of the 3 bureaus 4) true overall fico score (based on the 3 combined) 4 may be moot if overall fico is simply an average of the 3 bureau's reports.. Anyway, please tell me of any services that provide this and the cost if you know it. Thanks in advance. Please, I am not looking for more advertisements. I am looking for personal experience or findings.
