What's this site: Businesses submit logo/site/etc design requests, offering payment for the best submission.?

Someone sent me a link to this site awhile ago, and I'd like to find it again, but unfortunately I've since lost the link. Does anyone know what it is? It's sort of an online community as well as a request-submission/contest/freelance site. If you know of more than one site like this (it doesn't have to be a community site like the one I'm thinking of), feel free to put it/them down as well.
