hhhhmmm you might just wanna make just a few things at first to see how people like them, check out fabric prices and semstresses fees, you might need to have your brand name tags made, you can go to the bank and get a load! but I have no idea of what I am talking about lol their would need to be a warehouse, sewing machines, staff hire fabric costs, zippers, buttons you would get better deals if you called manufactures you can maybe find a bussiness partner to go in with you a manager that knows how to handle things and you need to find out the manufacture laws oh you would need to maybe find a store that will buy and sell the colthes

if you mean in the UK well it will depend on what you want made and what the final cost will be. If you wnat it done in China, then 250 is too small in terms of a batch for it to be cost-effective. I have found when buying in bulk from China that the cost usally works out at about 30% - 40% of what the sales price would be (Its bit chicken-and-eggy really). For smaller batches made here maybe estimate cost to be 50% - 6-0% of the sales price. So to get a rule of thumb, estimate what you would personally want to pay for each item and then you can get a reasonable guestimate of what the cost is likely to be. I hope that helps
