Need to suspend the incorporation with an LLC?

1)I'm basically from Hong Kong. I have incorporated a company XXX LLC in Delaware, USA. I want to know if there is any way to SUSPEND the company without having to file annual paperwork/returns/tax/fees i.e. make it dormant. Right now I have to pay fees ever year when the company is doing no trading.
