We don't know you so cannot answer that for you. Simply answer the question. If you've never had a job, consider a situation where you provided some kind of 'customer service' behavior to someone...even if it was babysitting, doing work for your folks, etc. If you've never had a job before, they won't be surprised you don't have a work-related example.

If you have previously been in customer service how about... A customer comes in completely irate about an experience he/she had just had with customer service department in another one of your stores. Solution/ how you handled it... You calmly and thoroughly listened to the customers problem/complaint (perhaps agree with the customer about whatever the problem was) , assure the customer that there is a solution, provide options for the customer (more than one solution). So ... It turnes out that the customer just needed someone to listen to the problem and be assured that something was to be done about it, he/she leaves happy. Yea great job! You rule! Good luck!
