Will working in MNC away from family,would be better or A Fresh organization,which don't even have web site.?

I am a diploma holder, that is not a graduation, I worked for a big MNC in Hyderabad Deccan for 3 years, then joined another smaller company (International renowned) for 3 years, then 2 years I worked in abroad for Normal Level of Organization, now I am back to my nation. Now my question is, should I opt for a Organization in my state itself(so that I would be near my family) org which recently got started (which doesn’t even have a web site) or a MNC away from my family in other state. My job is a professional job; will working in MNC away from family, would be better or Working with a new organization is better in same Region.There is just a variation of 10-15k INR, variation in the salary.
