Best Buy is Horrible!?

Has anyone have a hard time at best buy? Just a few weeks ago, i went to best buy to buy something. I asked them where it was and they said it was in a rack in the video game section. I went there it wasn't even there. They didn't even offered to help.So i went to the Customer Service desk at the store and they offered me a rain check. Saying it would be there about a week.I just got a rain check and today they took the item off the website. I am so angry at best buy let them suffer during the economy. I actually liked Circuit City better than them. They were actually trying to help me. Just buy at another electronic store like Fry's. I was looking for a video game. In my area there's a Fry's and a best buy. They don't compete anymore because Circuit City is gone.
