SEEKING PRIVATE MORTGAGE LENDERS?
Hi i'm looking to purchase home. My credit is not great, and i'm working on my credit. Does anyone know where I can find a private lender that's will to lend on a home with large equity for 3 years? I will then refinance into a conventional mortgage by then. I Know the intersted maybe high, but I'm willing to accept because the home that I found a such a great deal and has value

Call small local lenders, most have a hard money lender in their portfolio that may lend to you

There are no private mortgage lenders. Why would someone lend someone $100,000s of dollars for 20-30 years if there not a bank.

A private mortgage lender does not normally finance for 20-30 years. The loan is amortized that way, but often there is a balloon payment due at a certain time (maybe 3-5 years). At that time, you refinance with a regular lender. For investors, it's actually a great way right now to earn a higher return on your investment than if you put money in the stock market for instance. Advertise in the paper. There may be someone out there with the money to invest.
