There's alot of down-sizing happening.. KMART I believe belongs to the SEARS Company.. === Consider the illegal immigration situation and the Laws that appeared about Employer Responsibility.. The illegal situation seems to reside in farming so far.. Maybe the Retail Stores were being manipulated-- === Then America began to use the ONLINE Resources.. and Shipping Packages.. WAL*Mart became a very big competitor.. ..and America is in a transition..in all phases of the landscape.. There also were some lawsuits that happened..even Martha Stewart was placed in a Prison..the situation of Big Business began to "stink".. Sometimes its a good policy to withdraw until all the WAVES--subside.
