how to get my school certificate from previous employer?
i had resigned from company before the period mentioned by employement bond.they are not returned my edjucational certificate

School certificate is your personal academic property earned by your education.No employer has the right to hold it,at the most they can keep it for few days to verify the genuinity of the certificate.Pl apply for return of certificate to the employer by an written request letter with acknowledgement. Pl give weekly reminders if request not complied and keep acknowledgements.Say after 3-4 weeks,if the request is not complied,send a pleader notice via an advocate and subsequent reminder.Even then if not complied, go to civil court and lodge a complaint case with supporting documents thru an advocate. This is a legal approach to get back your certificate..

Did you sign any documents mentioning the certificate will not be returned if the bond period is breaked ? Usually there will not be any such things. Try to follow up with them and get your certificates. All the best.
