Be thankful you got your money back. There are so many fake sellers on ebay who take peoples money, this seller probably made an honest mistake or sold them to friends off ebay. If you are really upset just give them negative feedback on their ebay page. That's what the feedback feature is for on ebay.

send them a message they will usually answer back with 24-48 hrs....tell them you didnt recieve it and you will leave a negative feedback...they will try nego with yu and maybe send another because sellers dont want negative's that will make them look bad...

Sure! Give her the worse feedback ever. All in caps so people will notice. Other than that, you can file a complaint against her with ebay. Go to the "Contact Us" and choose from the options. You can even do a live chat with someone from ebay who might be able to further guide you. Some sellers really suck on ebay!

I don't think you can do anything, If she says she is going to refund the money sometime soon, then that is acceptable but you could leave her a negative feedback saying that this seller is not a good seller. If not, then you can try contact Ebay and Solve the Problem out or you can file a Dispute.

The time to make a complaint is 5 months ago. Ebay gives a seller 30 days to get the item to you. So sometime in December was the time to make an "Item Not Received" complaint with ebay. This far past, you not only can't make an ebay complaint, they probably have purged the original listing from their database. You won't even be able to leave feedback. It's also too late to file a paypal complaint. They only give you 30 days from the date of payment to do that. There's really no one to complain to. And if they refunded your money, you haven't lost money. It's maddening - you probably can't get tickets at all at this late date...but not much to be done about it. Next time - make sure you have the item soon after you win it - and then make timely reports if it's not forthcoming.

Did you pay for these thru paypal? If so, there is a dispute panel in your account thru them. You'll need transaction ID, and a few other bits of information. Here's a link. www ... If you didn't use paypal, pages ... I hope your situation gets resolved, although you may be too late considering the time that has gone by.

you are getting a full refund. You could ask for additional concessions for making you wait. I don't know if it will do any good. If the seller is refunding you via pay pal, your option to leave feedback will be removed.

some seller dont care about negitves if they have a ton of transactions just wait and see don't jump your gun you will get your money back then look on craigslist for the tickets also save the email then file a disbute with pay pal show them the email it might take like a month but you will get your money back

I have made a lot of purchases on ebay, and twice have had to file a complaint after the seller did not ship the item. Since I paid with Paypal, my money was refunded. In most cases, it is best to contact the seller through ebay, and try to work things out. Ebay will then have copies of all correspondence. This makes proving your case much easier if it comes to it. Threatening negative feedback is usually a waste of time. They already know that you will give negative feedback if they don't ship. It is best not to make threats of any kind. I am not sure if there are any time limits on filing a claim. I never waited six months. Here is how to do it. Log in to your ebay account. Go to my ebay. Position the cursor over the help tab until a menu appears. Click on resolution center. Follow the steps. Ebay makes it really easy.
