need help on the following: I have to write a business pan on a small, fictional business located in the ACT district. I will need to apply theoretical skills of business management. The business must not be unrealistically successful and it is a business struggling to survive. (I am planning to have a café or a hotel, but don’t know which is easier) I need to include the following: Executive summary Mission statement Goals and objectives SWOT analysis Code of conduct Market research Target marking identification Product Pricing strategies Promotion strategies Place The running of the shop Equipment Staff –training -Career promotion opportunities -Eeo -Disability staff -Wages, over time, penalty rates -Absenteeism -Efficiency -Etc Profit and loss statement Breakeven analysis Balance sheet Cash flow sheet So any examples that include the following, any suggestions, ideas or any help would be greatly appreciated.
